THE PILOT'S FAILURE TO MAINTAIN AIRSPEED DURING A GO AROUND, WHICH RESULTED IN AN INADVERTENT STALL AND IN FLIGHT COLLISION WITH TERRAIN. CONTRIBUTING TO THE ACCIDENT WAS THE PILOT DELAYED THE GO AROUND AND LACK OF RECENT FLIGHT EXPEREINCE.
