THE PILOT'S LOSS OF DIRECTIONAL CONTROL AFTER LANDING ON A RECENTLY PLOWED RUNWAY. CONTRIBUTING TO THE ACCIDENT WAS THE FOUR FOOT HIGH SNOW BERM ALONGSIDE THE RUNWAY AND THE ICY SPOTS ON THE RUNWAY.
