THE PILOT IMPROPERLY COMPENSATED FOR THE WIND CONDITIONS AND LOST CONTROL OF THE AIRPLANE AFTER TOUCHDOWN WHICH RESULTED IN THE AIRPLANE DEPARTING THE RUNWAY. AN ADDITIONAL CAUSE OF THE ACCIDENT WAS, THE DELAYED REMEDIAL ACTION ON THE PART OF THE FLIGHT INSTRUCTOR.
