THE PILOT'S FAILURE TO MAINTAIN AN ADEQUATE LOOKOUT WHILE MANEUVERING ON THE RAMP WHICH RESULTED IN HIS MISJUDGING THE CLEARANCE BETWEEN HIS AIRPLANE AND PARKED AIRCRAFT.
