Probable Cause

THE FAILURE OF THE PILOT-IN-COMMAND TO SWITCH THE FUEL SELECTORS IN FLIGHT WHICH CAUSED BOTH ENGINES TO FAIL DUE TO FUEL STARVATION. CONTRIBUTING TO THE ACCIDENT WAS THE COMPLACENCY OF THE PILOT-IN-COMMAND.
