THE FAILURE OF THE PROPELLER RETAINING BOLTS FOR AN UNDETERMINED REASON, WHICH RESULTED IN THE SEPARATION OF THE PROPELLER FROM THE ENGINE. THE RISING, MOUNTAINOUS TERRAIN WAS A FACTOR.
