Probable Cause

THE FRACTURED TAIL WHEEL MOUNTING BRACKET AND LOOSE TAILWHEEL. A FACTOR WAS THE PILOT'S CONTINUED FLIGHT TESTING AFTER EXPERIENCING TAIL WHEEL SHIMMY ON THE PRIOR TEST FLIGHT.
