Probable Cause
The separation of both propeller blades in-flight for undetermined reasons and the failure of the pilot to attain the proper touchdown during the forced landing resulting in overrun during landing and subsequent collapse of the nose landing gear. A contributing factor in the accident was the reduced visibility due to grease on the windscreen following separation of both propeller blades.
