Probable Cause

THE PILOT ABRUPTLY MOVED THE CYCLIC REARWARD WHICH RESULTED IN THE MAIN ROTOR BLADES STRIKING AND SEPARATING THE TAIL BOOM. A FACTOR IN THIS ACCIDENT WAS THE SOFT MUDDY FIELD.
