PILOT FAILED TO ATTAIN THE PROPER TOUCH DOWN POINT AND THE REMEDIAL ACTION WAS IMPROPER. CONTRIBUTING TO THIS ACCIDENT WAS THAT THE PILOT ALLOWED THE AIRCRAFT TO PORPOISE DURING THE LANDING ROLLOUT.
