THE PASSENGERS INTERFERENCE WITH THE FLIGHT CONTROLS AND THE PILOT'S FAILURE TO MAINTAIN CONTROL OF THE AIRCRAFT. CONTRIBUTING TO THE SEVERITY OF THE ACCIDENT WAS THE DITCH LOCATED SHORT OF THE RUNWAY WHICH THE AIRCRAFT CONTACTED.
