THE PILOT-IN-COMMAND'S IMPROPER LANDING FLARE, WHICH RESULTED IN THE AIRCRAFT BOUNCING AND ENTERING A PORPOISE MANEUVER. CONTRIBUTING TO THE ACCIDENT WAS HIS FAILURE TO RECOVER FROM THE BOUNCED LANDING AND PERFORM A GO-AROUND.
