FAILURE OF THE STUDENT PILOT TO ACCOMPLISH THE PROPER STALL RECOVERY PROCEDURES ALLOWING THE STALL TO DEVELOP INTO A SPIN. CONTRIBUTING TO THIS ACCIDENT WAS THE LACK OF TRAINING IN SPIN RECOVERY.
