THE PILOT'S FAILURE TO MAINTAIN CLEARANCE BETWEEN HIS AIRCRAFT AND A HANGER WHILE TAXIING. THE FAILURE OF AIRPORT MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL TO MAINTAIN TAXIWAY MARKINGS WAS A FACTOR IN THE ACCIDENT.
