THE PILOT'S IMPROPER USE OF THE CARBURETOR HEAT CONTROL WHICH RESULTED IN A LOSS OF ENGINE POWER. CONTRIBUTING TO THE ACCIDENT WERE CONDITIONS CONDUCIVE TO CARBURETOR ICE.
