THE PILOT DID NOT ATTAIN THE PROPER TOUCHDOWN POINT AND DID NOT GO AROUND WHILE THERE WAS STILL SUFFICIENT SPEED TO DO SO. THE WET RUNWAY GRASS WAS A RELATED FACTOR.
